MAIL-IN ORDERING
- Print out the Order Form and mail to our office.
- Remit payment as cashiers check, money order, personal check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express. We recommend that you DO NOT send cash in the mail. If using a credit card, please be sure to fill in all required information: account number, expiration date and signature. Credit card orders address must match the cardholders billing address.
- IMPORTANT: When mailing in your order, you MUST use the order from provided on this site (see note below).
- Texas residents MUST add 8.25% sales tax.
ORDER BY FAX

South Park Coins has discounted many of our products on this site. These discounted prices are good ONLY when ordering from this website. When mailing or faxing in your order, you MUST use the Order Form provided on this site in order to get any special discounted prices listed on this site. When calling in your order, you MUST state that you are ordering from the website. If you do not let us know that you are ordering from the website, you will be charged regular prices.
SHIPPING CHARGES
Most domestic orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS), we prefer you provide a street address instead of a Post Office box number for your shipping address.
You can order with confidence as we do NOT use the words 'coin' or 'numismatics' in our shipping address.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACKORDERS
South Park Coins makes every effort to maintain a stock of all items listed on this site. Occasionally, we do encounter shortages of certain items in periods of heavy ordering. If your order includes an item which is currently out of stock and it will take more than 5 days to restock the item, we will attempt to notify you about the backorder in order to give you the following options:
- Ship the items we have in stock now and ship the balance when it becomes available.
- Hold the entire order and ship entire order together when the out of stock item becomes available.
- Select an alternate item to replace the items currently unavailable.
- Cancel the out of stock item, but keep money on account for future purchases.
- Cancel the out of stock item and refund the money for the out of stock item.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with any item received from us, you may return it within 10 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item upon request. If you return any items, you must:
- Package the merchandise securely, preferably in a box or padded envelope comparable to that which it was originally shipped.
- Include your customer ID number, name and address and an itemized listing of the items you are returning.
- Indicate the reason for returning the item(s) and whether you would like us to exchange the item or to issue a refund.
- Return the items to us via Insured Mail (It is NOT necessary to register your package unless it is valued over $600).
- WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS RETURNED WHICH ARE LOST OR DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT IF NOT INSURED.
